HYK Hydraulic Nut

Application

This nut is based on hydraulic principles, enabling easy achievement of high locking force, and features simple operation and reliable performance. It does not require high-pressure grease nipples or guns, and no repeated grease replenishment is needed during use; under normal operating conditions, its service life is 2-4 years, and it can be reused after grease refilling.

Operating Instructions

Mount the hydraulic nut onto the shaft, then tighten the two M16 set screws on the nut. The locking torque shall be controlled within the range of 7.5–10 Nm, and no excessive load is allowed to be applied. At this point, the blade is locked, and the internal pressure of the nut reaches 20 MPa.
To disassemble the blade, it is only necessary to loosen the M16 set screws for unlocking.
