Application

This product is suitable for the locking operation at the shearing station of slitting lines, with a maximum effective stroke of 4mm.

Key configurations & advantages: Equipped with a German-made high-pressure hand pump (with a pressure gauge), it allows precise pressure setting (range: 10-40MPa).

Operating Instructions

• Tighten the Nut：Install and tighten the nut on the corresponding shaft;
• Grease Injection & Pressurization：Operate the hand pump to inject grease into the cavity through the high-pressure check valve, and check/confirm the pressure value (usually set to 10-40MPa) via the pressure gauge;
• Pressure Release：To release pressure, loosen the set screw on the nut to allow grease to drain through the drain port;
• Blade Replacement：After operation, remove the nut, and the blades can be replaced easily.
