High-Precision Knive Shaft

 

The high-precision knive shaft is the core load-bearing component of the circular shear unit in the slitting line. It is used for mounting circular shear blades. Through its high-rigidity and high-precision structural design, it ensures the stable positioning of the blades during the shearing process.

 

Applications
As the "blade carrier" of the circular shear, its core functions are: precisely fixing multiple sets of circular blades on the shaft body, cooperating with the synchronous rotation of the cutter shaft to complete the longitudinal slitting of wide-width coils; at the same time, bearing the impact force during shearing and maintaining the stability of the blade gap.
