Rotary Shear

Applications
The rotary shear is the core shearing unit of the slitting line, mainly used to longitudinally slit wide-width non-ferrous metal coils into multiple narrow-width coils, adapting to subsequent processing (such as stamping and tube making).
Advantages
- High-precision slitting: Equipped with an adjustable blade gap and servo drive, it achieves high-precision width control for narrow coils.
- Efficient adaptability: Compatible with different thicknesses (minimum 0.13mm) and suitable for various non-ferrous metal coils.
- Low loss: The circular blade features low wear rate; combined with hydraulic gap compensation, it effectively reduces defects such as burrs and edge waves, ensuring high material utilization.
- Easy maintenance: Adopting an integral design, the blade allows quick assembly and disassembly, resulting in short downtime for maintenance.
