Rewinding line

The rewinding line is widely applied in the metallurgical industry. It slits large-tonnage mother coils (e.g., 10~20t) into small-size finished coils (e.g., 0.5~2t) to meet the feed size requirements of downstream customers' processing equipment. Additionally, it can combine multiple small-size coils into large coils for use in continuous production lines (such as continuous rolling and continuous coating), reducing roll change downtime. During the production process, it corrects defects of the original coil like edge deviation, tower shape, and wavy edges, ensuring the edge straightness of the coil (deviation ≤ ±0.5mm) and avoiding edge scratches or equipment jamming during subsequent processing.
