Belt Tension Machine

The Belt Tension Machine is a key tension control device in the slitting line (strip slitting production line). It applies stable tension to the slit narrow-width strips through the belt assembly and cooperates with the winding system to achieve uniform strip winding.

Applications
It is mainly used for tension control of narrow strips after slitting. After wide-width coils are slit into multiple narrow strips by the circular shear, the belt tensioner exerts constant tension on the narrow strips via its belt-type mechanism, avoiding strip slackness and distortion, and ultimately ensuring that the wound narrow strip coils are neat and tight.
